Reconocer que algo nos est\u00e1 afectando y buscar ayuda a tiempo puede marcar una gran diferencia en nuestro bienestar. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Por qu\u00e9 no hay que esperar a estar al l\u00edmite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acudir a un\/a profesional no es solo para situaciones extremas.
